Alishea Johnson is Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Centene Corporation. Alishea is responsible for leading training for the D&I Office to promote diversity and inclusion to create an equity based workplace that supports and empowers all employees to be heard, respected, and appreciated. She is also charged with managing Centene’s external relationships to enhance presence in the community to build a diverse pipeline and develop leaders. In this capacity Alishea supports the organization’s commitment to attract, hire, develop and retain diverse talent at all levels to reflect the communities Centene serves. Alishea received her bachelors in Management Information Systems from Missouri University of Science & Technology, obtained her MBA at Fontbonne University, is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), and serves on the Executive Committee of the Diversity Awareness Partnership Board of Directors.
