RESEARCH ON 558 ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

Many frontline healthcare workers aspire to achieve career and economic mobility. Yet, they often face critical barriers to accessing and completing the upskilling needed to advance. Broadening access to education benefits can help them accomplish their education goals —but that’s only part of the story.

Guild conducted primary research, surveying a group of over 500 frontline allied health workers, to help schools better understand this population of aspiring students and how to create more equitable access and effective academic supports.

View our webinar to learn more about this diverse, prospective student group and explore how our research insights may inform new approaches for schools seeking to address barriers to their educational and professional advancement, including topics like:

  • Breaking down cost barriers with employer-sponsored tuition.
  • Introducing career pathways conversations for working adult learners.
  • Exploring the overall potential of stackable pathways and competency-based education within the allied health field.

Who should watch this webinar?
  • Allied health program leaders committed to opening access to education
  • Academic and student services leaders interested in improving outcomes for working adult learners
